I’m a strategic UX researcher with 8+ years of experience turning complex behavior into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful impact—for users, businesses, and teams.

My background spans generative and evaluative research across industries and product maturity levels. I’ve helped validate early-stage concepts, refine established systems, and uncover opportunities for growth. I bring depth in both qualitative and mixed-methods approaches, and I’m especially drawn to environments where research helps navigate ambiguity and connect the dots across systems.

What sets me apart is a commitment to research that’s not just insightful—but usable. I’ve worked in both embedded and centralized research models, and I know how to make an impact whether I’m the only researcher or part of a larger team. I take pride in working closely with stakeholders—from day-to-day product teams to long-term strategy and growth partners—to shape decisions, not just document them.

I’ve conducted research in the field—from merchant sites to construction zones—because understanding people means understanding their context. Whether it’s improving a POS tool for small businesses or simplifying workflows for development teams, I lead with empathy and a systems mindset.

The Research I Lead

A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT

I lead research that helps teams zoom out, get aligned, and build the right things. Whether it’s exploring an emerging opportunity or fine-tuning a core flow, I design studies to push strategy forward and remove guesswork. I’ve worked on everything from journey mapping and concept validation to solution evaluations—often in partnership with cross-functional and executive teams.

Whether the goal is shaping a new offering, refining onboarding, or optimizing core flows, I design research to move strategy forward. My insights have directly shaped product vision, accelerated development timelines, and guided go-to-market strategies. I’ve improved self-service experiences for small businesses, led usability studies for complex internal tools, and helped teams prioritize with confidence.

How I Collaborate

To me, great research isn't just about findings—it's about framing. I focus on shaping stories that spark the right conversations, clarify trade-offs, and guide confident next steps. One of my core strengths is crafting focused, strategic narratives that help teams see what matters, why it matters, and what to do next—especially in complex or ambiguous spaces where direction is still emerging.

I embed research across the entire product lifecycle, from early discovery through go-to-market. Whether I’m collaborating with product and design or partnering with marketing, sales enablement, and growth, I ensure research is integrated—not siloed—and that our insights lead to outcomes, not just artifacts.
